All the same protective armor coating as the ARMORFLEX-HD™ line with the added benefit of Fused Technology bonding the lines together into one single unit. This Fuse Technology allows for the most tangle free, coiled tractor-trailer connection system in the industry!

  • Tubing features polyurethane covered Armor Coating that is rugged, abrasion and cut resistant
  • -85°F extreme cold flexibility rating
  • Unique manufacturing process ensures outer jacket maintains permanent bond with inner tubing
  • Made with premium, unprocessed virgin nylon constructed tubing
  • TECTRAN’s Anti-Sag and Stretch manufacturing & coiling process
  • DOT brass fittings with TECTRAN identifier
  • Heavy duty plated, corrosion resistant spring guards
  • Spring guards closed coils extend well past 2” from fitting, exceeding DOT regulations
  • 1/2” tube O.D.
  • Fittings: 1/2” LIFESwivel™ tractor fitting thread, 1/2” FLEXGrip-HD™ thread
  • Exceeds DOT FMVSS 106 - (49 CFR 571.106 & 49 CFR 393.45)
