Delivery Driver

  • Valid drivers license
  • CDL required
  • Ensures deliveries are prepared to meet customer's requirements
  • Loads customer orders properly on the truck
  • Delivers products from Sadler location
  • All other duties as assigned

Driveline Technician

  • Fabricates/Assembles Driveshafts
  • Repairs driveshafts up to company standards
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of assigned work area tools and equipment
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment
  • Follows verbal/written instructions with the ability to interpret work orders and dimensional info
  • All other duties as assigned

Gear Shop Technician

  • Disassembly and rebuilding transmissions, differentials, and rear ends
  • Prior heavy-duty experience preferred but not required
  • All other duties as assigned

Heavy Duty Truck Technician

  • Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs all types of heavy-duty trucks
  • Diagnoses, repairs, adjusts and modifies heavy-duty components
  • Repairs and troubleshoots engines
  • Maintains positive interaction with service writer, parts department, customers and management
  • Our team member must:
    • Have own set of tools
    • Have valid CDL
    • Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with diesel engines and heavy duty trucks
    • Be detail oriented
    • Have strong work ethic
    • Be able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Be physically able to meet the demands of the job with no restrictions
    • Monday-Friday 8-5 Shift
  • All other duties as assigned

Parts Counter Sales

  • Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Provides parts solutions for customers over the counter and on the phone
  • All other duties as assigned

Sales Representative

Job Function:

  • Responsible for selling Sadler Power Train products and services. Managing and developing a customer base within a defined sales area. Finding and engaging with new customers through lead generation and cold calling. Achieving customer satisfaction by assisting in educating, training, supporting, promoting, and selling products offered.

Essential Duties:

  • Represent the company for the sale of products and services in a defined sales area
  • Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all products and services for sale by the company
  • Monitor competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
  • Input notes of customer sales calls and important customer activity into the Sales-I CRM system
  • Monitor trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management
  • Attend applicable sales training and meetings
  • Cultivate and reinforce business relationships by attending company and customer events
  • Complete necessary tasks as assigned in a timely fashion and complete reports as needed
  • Flexible hours and overnight stays as necessary
  • Sign and abide by the Sadler Power Train confidentiality agreement
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and carry adequate insurance
  • Adhere to all Sadler Power Train policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Warehouse Associate

  • Stocks items on the shelves and ensures neat, orderly condition of the warehouse
  • Receives merchandise from vendors and other stores and put them in the proper location on the shelves
  • Checks off merchandise as received
  • Assists in pulling parts during busy times
  • Cleans up inside/outside the warehouse
  • Works with stock manager to address any problems with orders
  • Resolves problems with how the warehouse is stocked
  • All other duties as assigned
