Gates G20725-1220 GlobalSpiral™ Hydraulic Coupling

GlobalSpiral™ couplings are specially engineered to provide superior performance for extreme high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications.

  • Can be used with all Gates MegaSys four- and six-spiral wire hose up to 6,000 psi
  • When used with 2-wire ferrules, GlobalSpiral™ couplings can also be crimped on Gates wire-braid hoses
  • Two-piece, no-skive design reduces assembly time, labor, fabrication errors and contamination of the fluid power system
  • Nut Hex per ISO Draft International Standards 12151-2
  • MGS Couplings for use with MC4-20 Crimper only
  • "Bite-the-wire" crimp for improved coupling retention
  • Tested to an industry-leading 1,000,000 impulse cycles
  • +250° F temperature capability for longer assembly life
  • Environmentally-friendly TuffCoat plating for 347 percent better corrosion resistance than the SAE Standard
